I’ve been using the Nutrogena wave, and considering how I’ve only been using it for a week, it’s really good. It’s not that expensive, and the pads with the soap on them aren’t either. You should really consider it.

Okay, well my face suddenly really broke out once, and so, i went to the dermatologist and got a perscription for Ziana, and I used Phisoderm deep cleansing cream wash twice a day, and put on ziana (on a tiny amount) at night only, and at first it got worse (because it was “pulling all the bad stuff out” and after like a week it was sooo much better, just make sure to use a little bit)

I have been taking the contaceptive pill Dianette for 3 months now and have had great results with it. I get breakouts around the time of my period and those have all but stopped now. I still get the odd spot so I also use a Chinese herbal facewash as my skin is sensitive and a tea tree oil stick when the spot first appears which works really well to take away the redness and swelling. A bit of foundation and I’m looking good!!
